Our cancellation policy is simple: If you need us to cancel your order for any reason, please get in touch as soon as possible.

3. Damaged or Defective Items:

We're incredibly confident in the quality of our products. Unfortunately, on the odd occasion, a product may damage during transit or arrive defective. If this is the case, please email us at glace.support@gmail.com with proof like a photo or preferably a video of the defective product and we will provide a choice of a free re-shipment of the product or an immediate refund on the purchase.

Emails for a defective product must be sent within 3-5 days of delivery of the product.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be clean and undamaged.
  • Customers are responsible for returning their item and may ship back the item using the courier of their choice. Upon request, we will send you our return address.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any unauthorized returns.
  • Returns will be reviewed and money will be refunded upon inspection & approval.
